What payments do you accept?
As we are a Shopify hosted website, we can accept all payments currently accepted by Shopify. These include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay debit and credit cards.
Can I track my order?
If tracking is provided by the courier, then this will be sent to you. However, if you don't receive anything from us after 7 days from your order, then simply email us and we will be happy to look into it for you.
How do I know what size to order?
The easiest way to do this is to mark up the area you would like covered using painters tape or something else that won't mark your floors. Then measure up the size and find the closest rug size to suit. If you are still unsure, then please send us an email and we will be happy to give you FREE styling advice.
Do the displayed prices all include GST?
Yes, all prices are inclusive of GST.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

What happens if my rug is damaged or faulty?
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos of the fault to our email address homebyhomeau@gmail.com
